So you set some fitness goals for 2020. We’re through January and into the second month of the year and you still haven’t started hitting the gym – or maybe you started but found it difficult to stick with your routine. Or maybe you’re a real go-getter and are crushing your goals but could use a little extra motivation to keep you on track. No matter which category you fall into, we have something to help keep you on track!
New workout clothes never fail to get me motivated! I usually opt for neutrals so I can easily mix and match any pieces, but bright colors are fun, too if that’s your thing!
Another tip to keep you on track: invest in some light dumbbells and an exercise mat so you can get a workout in from home! There are going to be days you don’t want to leave the comfort of your house, so it’s best to be prepared.
Last but not least, get a water bottle you will look forward to drinking from! This may sound odd to some, but trust me, if you invest in a nicer water bottle, you’ll be more likely to take it with you when you’re out and about and hit your water goal which is crucial to achieving your overall health and fitness goals!
Even if you haven’t made much progress on your goals for the year, there’s no better time to start than now! Pick out a few pieces of activewear you’ll look forward to wearing, get a few items to help you hit a home workout, and grab a fresh new water bottle and you’ll be on your way to your healthiest year yet!
